So far, it's been pretty easy to set up and navigate. Once signed in, I was able to move from section to section without any freeze or load problems. The information is displayed in a way that is very easy to navigate and making a payment was simple and quick. I like the layout of this app better than the Ktag app we used to have. Once there are more people signed in and using this app, the app speed may be different. We'll see, in time.

App has constant bugs/issues. I can log in about half the time. Just attempted to change my password and pin. It stated I needed to enter at least one phone number, even with one present. Wouldn't let me save changes due to that.

Horrible app. It won't let you create an account. That's the same issue tons and tons or people are reporting.
